Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shakib Mirza believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Shakib Mirza, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 2-4 business days for select locations (Additional charges may apply). Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or shipping restrictions in your area.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is FREE on all orders.
4. Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. Please check your pin code during checkout to verify delivery availability.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
Pickup Policy (For Returns/Exchanges)
1. Eligibility for Pickup
- Pickup is available for returns or exchanges on products that meet our return policy criteria.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
- For faulty or damaged products, free pickup will be provided.
2. Pickup Request
- You can initiate a pickup request by contacting our customer service team via email or by logging into your account.
- Pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days after the request is approved.
3. Pickup Charges
- Free Pickup: For faulty or damaged products.
- Return/Exchange: If the product is not defective or if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong purchase), a pickup fee may apply.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return/Exchange Period
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return or exchange any product that meets the following conditions:
- Product is in unused, original condition.
- Product packaging is intact.
- Tags, labels, and accessories are included.
2. Return Process
- Step 1: To initiate a return, go to “My Orders” on your account, select the item you wish to return, and click on “Return.”
- Step 2: Follow the instructions and select the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and notify you within 2-3 business days.
- Step 3: If your return is accepted, we will schedule a pickup from your address.
3. Refund Process
- Once Refund is Approved your amount will be credited within 5 – 7 Business day to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).
- If you choose to receive a store credit, it will be processed immediately after the return is approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable including:
- Opened software, gadgets, or personal care products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
- Products that are used or damaged after delivery.
5. Refund for Non-Eligible Returns
- If a product is returned in a non-eligible condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order for free before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact customer support immediately.
